To the family of Ms. Maxine Chandler:
I would like to express my condolences to you for the loss of your mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. It seems so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love, even if you feel they lived a long and enjoyable life. But the Bible holds out a hope that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future. At John 5:28,29, Jesus promised that millions now dead will live again on this earth and have the prospect of enjoying perfect health and never having to die again. And since Jesus made this promise, we can assume that he is both willing and able to fulfill it and perform the resurrection. Imagine the joy you will feel when Ms. Chandler receives these blessings, and you will have the prospect of being reunited with her right here on a restored paradise.
